Though every project is unique, there is generalized timeline between when projects are launched to when they are ready to occupy. Generally speaking, you can expect at least 6-12 months in delay from the builder's first estimate to occupy.

Below is a typical timeline from project launch to occupancy. The entire process usually takes between 3 to 5 years in totality. Our team spends a considerable amount of time studying each project's timeline. We always consider project completions when vetting our offerings and more importantly matching our clients to projects.
