About Amy
Originally from Oakville and daughter of a realtor, I was exposed to real estate early on. Always curious, I quickly started accumulating industry knowledge, specifically pre-construction real estate. I went on to graduate from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto with focuses in public accounting, finance and economics.
Following graduation I worked at KPMG as a consultant where I helped clients streamline and optimize their internal and data operations. It was there when I realized that my true calling was in offering more personalized guidance. Wanting to make a more direct impact, I transitioned into real estate. During my first year I sold over $16 million in real estate in Toronto.
Today, I focus on helping my clients grow and strengthen their investment portfolios through real estate. With a strong foundation of industry specific knowledge and experience, I am dedicated to providing tailored solutions that empower my clients to make informed decisions and achieve their investment goals.
Outside of real estate I'm an avid traveller and tennis player.

Usable Space Over Size
Total square footage is a common metric used by buyers but usable space is what really makes a space feel larger. The actual square footage is less important than the flow of the home which depends on the layout. Floor plans are much more useful than blindly searching by square footage.

Yonge & Wellesley Is Underrated
As a former resident of the area, I saw the neighbourhood change before my eyes. Within the last 3 years the new housing developments and businesses have created an entirely new vibe. This combined with the accessibility and transit of the location itself, it could easily be my top pick for first time buyers, students or buyers without cars.

Downsizers Should Consider Condos
Townhomes or homes further out from the city are normally the most popular pick for downsizers and retirees. I think condos are superior. They offer more security but more importantly they offer vital services such as snow removal, garage disposal, etc. As we age, these things become more difficult to do.
