My journey in real estate began by managing and owning my own properties from the ground up. As a non Canadian resident, tenant, newcomer, first time homebuyer, landlord, commercial tenant, multi unit investor, and landholder, I have personally experienced nearly every phase of real estate ownership and investment. These experiences allow me to understand the market not just in theory but in practice, through every challenge and opportunity that clients themselves face.
